The return time for the vehicle is before 9:00 AM on the scheduled return date.
A 24-hour rental period is calculated from 9:00 AM to 9:00 AM the following day.
Late returns may attract additional charges as per company policy.
For verification purposes, one original government-issued photo ID will be retained during the rental period.
Customers must carry a valid driving license issued by the Government of India at the time of vehicle pickup.
Failure to provide valid documents may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
All self-drive vehicles are permitted to operate only within Jaipur city limits.
Vehicles must not be taken outside Jaipur without prior written approval from Jaipur Car Booking management.
All vehicles are registered with valid black number plates issued by the Rajasthan Government.
Unauthorized outstation travel may result in penalties or termination of the rental agreement.
Customers are required to record a clear video of the vehicle (interior & exterior) before taking possession.
This video will serve as proof of the vehicle’s condition at the time of handover.
Any damage caused during the rental period, including accidents or misuse, will be charged to the customer based on inspection findings and service center estimates.
The customer is fully responsible for traffic violations, challans, or fines incurred during the rental period.
Jaipur Car Booking does not accept direct online payments through debit cards, credit cards, or other digital payment methods on the website.
We do not store any customer payment or personal data on our website servers.
Customer privacy and data protection are treated with the highest priority.
All website content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of Jaipur Car Booking.
